| HSG Pump Services provide and extensive and complete overhaul service for industrial pumping equipment, handling a range from 0.5kw upwards and covering all major manufactures. Plant overhaul can range from standard industrial pump units handling any duty from chemicals, oils, high temperature water etc. HSG provides a complete external service to its customers in the form of site maintenance, removal/installation and complete projects Reports In all overhaul cases full and detailed inspection reports are produced, these keep our clients fully informed of all work to be carried out. Alternative design recommendations may also be indicated in the inspection report if signs of failure due to incorrect selection of materials or operation are noted during pump inspection. Removal and installation HSG Engineers will attend the site, at our customers’ request, to remove pumps for overhaul. Once overhauled, our engineers will reinstall the equipment and commission the plant. This work can be undertaken on an individual pump basis or as part of a yearly contract covering a number of pumps
HSG Engineers will attend, at prearranged times, and in emergency breakdown, to maintain, adjust and monitor performance of pumping equipment, along with associated equipment HSG engineer on site monitoring pump performance. |
